The Edmonton Oilers are on the brink of elimination in their second-round playoff series against the Vancouver Canucks. The Canucks hold a 3-2 series lead heading into Game 6 in Vancouver on Monday night. The Oilers must win to force a Game 7 back in Edmonton.
The Oilers have struggled to find consistency in the series, winning Game 1 in overtime before losing the next two games. They rebounded with a 5-3 victory in Game 4 but were defeated 4-1 in Game 5 on Saturday night.
The Canucks, meanwhile, have been led by Elias Pettersson, who has scored four goals and added three assists in the series so far. Pettersson's linemates, J.T. Miller and Brock Boeser, have also been productive, combining for seven goals and six assists.
Game 6 is set to begin at 8:15 p.m. ET on Monday night and will be televised on ESPN.
